1. About Massagesiden.dk

Massagesiden.dk is an online advertising platform operated by Sales Academy ApS (CVR: 45132498), located at Thingvalla Allé 11, st., 2300 København S, Denmark. The platform functions solely as an intermediary for ads between advertisers and visitors. Sales Academy ApS is not a party to any agreement made between users of the platform.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, creating a listing, or using Massagesiden.dk, you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the platform.

3. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Massagesiden.dk. By using the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age under Danish law. All advertisers must be at least 18 years old and advertise lawful services.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate our terms without prior notice. Each user may only have one active listing at a time.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their listings. By creating a listing, you guarantee that:

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing without explanation. Listings that violate our terms may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

Verification is voluntary and requires uploading a photo ID and a selfie. Verification only confirms that the advertiser is a real person — it is not a guarantee of service quality. Verification documents are stored securely and deleted after 90 days. We reserve the right to reject verification requests.

8. Pricing and payment

Creating a listing is currently free for a limited period (30 days). Payment options will be added in the future. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Massagesiden.dk is an advertising platform and is not responsible for the content of listings, actions between users, the accuracy of information in listings, any damages arising from use of the platform, or loss of data. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

10. Intellectual property

All content on Massagesiden.dk, including design, logo, code, and text, belongs to Sales Academy ApS. Advertisers retain the rights to their own content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Copying, scraping, or automated collection of data from Massagesiden.dk is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may at any time and without notice close your account or remove your listing if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Anti-trafficking

Massagesiden.dk has zero tolerance for trafficking and exploitation. We cooperate with Danish authorities and report suspicious activity. If you suspect trafficking, please contact the police at 114 or the Center against Trafficking.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Copenhagen City Court as the court of first instance.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the platform with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of Massagesiden.dk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
